4月2日，中建三局马来西亚公司与万融教育举行免学费留学人才定向培养签约仪式。签约仪式在中建三局马来西亚公司会议室举行。中建三局马来西亚公司副总经理彭莉、胡涛、蒋向阳、余向军、朱远辉，万融教育总裁陈云祥，马来西亚方舟基金会主席拿督斯里李全翔，学生代表以及中央电视台马来西亚站记者、星洲日报记者参加签约仪式。 签约仪式上，彭莉表示中马有着深厚的传统友谊，随着“一带一路”倡议的推进，中马两国合作更加频繁，中建三局马来西亚公司在深耕大马的同时，也十分希望更深层次地承担社会责任，为中马两国教育事业做出贡献。希望借助万融教育的优质平台，让马来西亚学子实现中国留学梦，为中建三局马来西亚公司定向培养国际化人才。 胡涛表示，中建三局是中国大型央企——中国建筑旗下子公司，2017年进入世界五百强，是中国建筑优秀排头兵。马来西亚公司是中建三局海外子企业，进入马来西亚五年来，规模快速发展。 万融教育总裁陈云祥表示，通过这项计划，学生有机会直接接触中国企业，了解中国企业最新的企业文化和管理精神，对未来中马友好发展建立更坚固的基础。 马来西亚方舟基金会主席拿督斯里李全翔指出，在过去，大马的教育偏向西方及日本，现在，中国已经崛起，希望有更多学生到中国深造，亲自见证中国作为一个文化和经济大国的实力。 此次人才定向培养合作协议是企业与企业间“人才培养计划”新模式，主要是马来西亚公司委托万融教育选拔马来西亚优秀青年到中国大学求学，求学期间，学校按照马来西亚公司的专业要求和专业技能进行培养，学生毕业之后到马来西亚公司工作。在学生求学期间，马来西亚公司指定资深员工与学生保持沟通，担任心理导师角色，学生定期到马来西亚公司座谈交流。学生毕业之后经万融教育和中建三局马来西亚公司共同考核合格之后，进入马来西亚公司工作。目前万融教育已跟北京大学、武汉大学、华中科技大学、人民大学等国内知名院校合作。这些学生具备马来西亚多语种的沟通能力，前往中国留学后将对中国社会和企业有一定认知，进入马来西亚公司后，有希望成为未来推动国际化的中坚力量。 这批学子学成归来、大展才华之时，马来西亚公司将会他们提供施展工作才能的舞台，让中马两国联系的更加紧密。

尊老爱幼、扶弱助残是我们中华民族的传统美德，为践行大国央企公益责任，4月27日，中建三局马来西亚公司开展“志愿益起行 点滴暖人心”走进孤儿院活动。 4月27日上午，中建三局马来西亚公司近20名志愿者来到吉隆坡菩提之家看望30名孩子，并带来了故事书、绘画书、彩色笔、足球、玩具汽车、玩具飞机、牛奶、糖果、咖啡、麦片、消毒药水等慰问品。 一下车，菩提之家的管理人员清悦小姐便热情的接待我们。据清悦小姐介绍，目前菩提之家一共有30名孩子，小到1岁，大到9岁。平日里，也会有志愿者来给孩子们授课、做手工等。 听完清悦小姐的介绍，志愿者也行动起来，和孩子们玩起老鹰捉小鸡和丢手绢的游戏，教孩子们唱歌。 到了中午12点，志愿者也和孩子们一起礼佛，据清悦小姐介绍，这里的孩子们都来自特殊的家庭，有着辛酸的生活历程，因种种原因难以得到相关资助，但菩提之家给他们提供了一个相对安定温馨的大家庭，并希望他们能够像其他孩子一样健康快乐地成长。她常教导孩子们，要爱每一个人。      礼佛完毕后，志愿者们又开始陪孩子们聊天玩耍。 志愿者们在离开菩提之家时，孩子们扯着志愿者的衣服依依不舍，志愿者们也噙着泪水和孩子们依依道别。通过与孤儿院孩子们的直接接触，在场的志愿者都被深深打动。 志愿者们表示，作为一名普通的青年志愿者，他们将更多的去帮助孩子们，同时也呼吁更多的社会群体、爱心人士多伸出援助之手去帮助需要爱的孩子们，给他们带去爱的力量。力争把“爱心”延伸到每一个角落，以不同的形式帮助更多需要帮助的人，让爱永不停息！

“总有一天我还是要回到中国，那片生我养我的故土。” “有国才有家，祖国强大了我们做华侨的无比光荣。” ——品高物流工程有限公司总经理 王隽 “我可以，运输我来搞定。” 1月25日晚，在马来西亚中资企业总商会发出驰援肺炎疫情的号召后的短短几秒内，品高物流工程有限公司总经理王隽就迅速响应。 物流行业出身的人，“快、准”是她的行事风格。当这两个字被应用在做慈善上时，效果是惊人的： 1月25日晚10点，商会组建“武汉物资捐赠工作群”，王隽是群成员之一。 1月26日，找好口罩厂家。 1月27日，受商会委托前往工厂提货、送货至机场，并联系物流、报关公司为送往国内做好准备工作。 1月28日，首批口罩由南方航空承运，从马来西亚吉隆坡成功运往广州白云国际机场，并在各方努力下顺利通关。 1月30日，参照第一批成功经验，第二批60箱总计60000只口罩顺利运抵国内。 短短六天时间内，十万余只“救命”口罩成功运抵前线。这一系列风驰电掣的操作，依托于王隽总经理多年专业的物流经验，更出于她的一颗赤子之心。 王隽前往口罩工厂提货 关于慈善： 忠于本心，尽己之力 当我提出想要采访王总时，她第一个反应是：“其实真的没什么好宣传的。” 但随后又打出两行字：“嫁到海外来，更觉祖国亲！”、“祖国有难，义不容辞！” 朴实无华又赤诚热烈的语言背后，是她为筹集救援物资四处奔走的身影。 作为一名在商场上拼搏的女强人，王隽行事坚韧又雷厉风行。 驰援祖国刻不容缓，但马来西亚的口罩供应有限。她就每天去口罩厂“蹲点”，连老板都被她感动了：“很多人都来找我要买口罩，但是你是唯一一个我每天都能看到的。” 王隽与口罩老板合影 而作为一位有两个孩子的母亲，王隽又是那么敏感、柔软。 国内成人口罩难买，儿童专用口罩更是少之又少。王隽关注到了这一点，就以个人名义向长沙麦叔叔之家和天津市血液病研究所儿科病房的孩子们捐去儿童专用口罩。 麦叔叔之家的孩子们长期在长沙治病。作为一个母亲，看到孩子们戴着厚厚的自制口罩，又心疼又难过。所以她选择捐赠儿童口罩，让孩子们减少感染几率的同时能更顺畅地呼吸。 儿童口罩等候出港 而选择天津血液病研究所的儿童医院，既出于一位母亲的心意，也是对家乡故土的乌鸦反哺之情。 儿童医院的小朋友用上了捐赠的口罩 都说天津人爽朗、直接，这点在王隽身上体现得淋漓尽致：“一直想为家乡尽点力，但是咱也没有其他途径和关系，所以就做点最实在的吧！” 可能在海外打拼多年的华侨，都有一种对祖国深沉的、特别的爱意。这种爱意无关金钱、不计成本。 品高物流不仅无偿应援了商会的捐助活动，还以公司名义进行了额外捐赠：向湖北省黄石市中心医院捐赠了2万只口罩，向武汉市普仁医院捐赠了防护衣和护目镜。此外，还承担了一些民间捐赠的全部运输费用。 当我问及这次针对国内疫情的捐助涉及多少金额时，王隽坦言道：“我还真的没算过，最后到底花了多少钱。” “因为做慈善不是用金钱来衡量的，而在于用心，在于你有没有心做这件好事。有心做呢，多少钱也要做；无心做的话，你给我多少钱我也不愿意做。可能我自己也比较乱，我就真的是没算过这个。” 没有华丽辞藻，只有心底最真实的想法和最切实有效的行动。 关于企业： 诚信经营，甘当桥梁 品高物流工程有限公司自2013年成立，以货运转运起家。经历短短六年时间发展，现已成为一家经营多种业务活动的、客户遍及新加坡、印尼、菲律宾等各东盟国家的综合性公司。 这一切靠的是6个字：“口碑、诚信、靠谱”。 作为物流公司的总经理，王隽的工作日常就是为包括大量中企在内的客户解决物流问题，基本保持7+24on call状态。 “我们不单单和本地公司拼价格，我们拼的是时效性、特色化服务、定制化服务。” 作为一个在马来西亚生根壮大的物流企业，品高称职地扮演了“桥梁”的作用，它既为在马的中资企业服务，更积极参与到马来西亚的城市基建中。   品高参与的部分项目——吉隆坡标志塔 品高参与的部分项目——中石化的压力容器罐 “当你看到货物按时、保值地抵达客人指定地点，当你最大程度保证客人的工期的时候，当你看到一个个工厂平地而起、一座座建筑拔地而起的时候，那种自豪之情油然而生。” 这是一个天生物流人心底最真实的声音。
