On 16th October 2023, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) Transportation & Logistic Working Committee organized an exchange seminar with the China Maritime Arbitration Commission Delegation (CMAC). President of CECCM’s Transportation & Logistic Working Committee, Mr. Song Mingzhi, led the representatives of the working committee to warmly welcome the visit of the CMAC. The seminar mainly focused on cross-border commercial and maritime dispute resolution, providing more effective information on maritime arbitration for Chinese enterprises in Malaysia. Both sides agreed to further strengthen communication and explore more cooperation possibilities to promote the healthy development of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia in the field of maritime transportation and logistics.
