On 19 August 2026, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) held an exchange meeting with the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
During the meeting, both sides discussed common types of disputes encountered by enterprises operating in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, dispute resolution strategies and the selection of appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms. They also exchanged views and recommendations on improving commercial arbitration practices and the services provided by arbitration institutions.
The meeting was attended by Jiang Lili, Member and Secretary-General of the Beijing Arbitration Commission, together with her delegation; Ni Qingjiu, President of CECCM; representatives from Sinohydro Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd., a CECCM Vice President Member; CHEC Construction (M) Sdn. Bhd., a CECCM Vice President Member; MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd a CECCM Committee Member; and Yingke (Malaysia) Consulting, a CECCM member company.
