新届理事会首次会议召开 | Newly appointed Board of Committee Meeting successfully held

2022年1月7日，马来西亚中资企业总商会（以下简称总商会）召开新届理事会首次会议。会议由周家义秘书长主持，全体理事共聚云端出席会议。 新届理事会首次会议主要通报本届理事会与建筑分会执委会的职务安排及讨论全年工作计划的开展。在讨论环节中，全体理事皆同心献言献策、提出良好建议，期望在新的一年齐心协力对商会作出贡献。

On 7^th January 2022, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as CECCM) held its first Board of Committee meeting. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General of CECCM, Zhou Jiayi with all committee members attended the meeting virtually. The first Board of Committee meeting mainly announced the role and position arrangement of the newly appointed CECCM committee members as well as the CECCM Construction Industry committee members. Annual work plan was also discussed during the meeting. During the meeting, all committee members actively participate and provide suggestions to contribute to CECCM’s work plan in the new year ahead.

张敏会长在做总结发言时对上一届理事会成员表示衷心感谢，他也对新加入理事表示热烈欢迎，期望新届理事会成员对总商会的发展给予更多支持和努力，共同为在马中企做出更多贡献。对于今年工作计划地开展，他提出以下三点建议：

President of CECCM, Zhang Min expressed his heartfelt thanks to the former batch of committees. He also extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed committees. He hoped that the new committee would give more support and contribute to the development of CECCM. For this year’s work plan, he made the following three suggestions:

1.积极发挥好带头作用  // To actively plays a leading role

抱以奉献积极心态参与商会工作，对马中企经营发展多做服务、更多参与支持商会工作。

Participate in the activities of CECCM with dedication and positive attitude, provide more services to the business development of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia and to support the work of CECCM.

2.在马树立良好的中资形象 // To establish a good image of China enterprises in Malaysia

在马经营与开展业务过程中，切实做好中企表率，贯彻实诚、合规、守法经营，为两国发展带来正面影响。

Effectively set a positive example for Chinese enterprises and implement honest, compliant and law-abiding operations while operating and conducting business in Malaysia to create a positive impact on the development of the two countries.

3.谨慎注意人员与财产安全 // To be vigilant of the safety of the people and belongings

不管是对企业或个人而言，大家都需保持警惕。注意做好企业合规经营管理，安全防范集疫情防控工作。

Be vigilant and pay great attention in corporate compliance management, safety precautions and pandemic prevention and control.

他相信在新届理事会的带领下，总商会工作必能踏上全新的台阶，为在马中企做出更好的服务与贡献。

He believes that under the leadership of the new committee members, CECCM will be able to step onto a new level and make better services and contributions to Chinese enterprises in Malaysia.
