2021年理事会暨会员大会——携手并进 再创辉煌！| CECCM’s 2021 Board of Committee Meeting & Annual General Meeting

        2021年12月23日，马来西亚中资企业总商会（以下简称：总商会）2021年会员大会顺利召开。会议由周家义秘书长主持，中国驻马来西亚特命全权大使欧阳玉靖阁下与经商处张佩东公参及总商会两百余人共聚一堂，通过线上会议的形式参与了会议。

On 23^rd Dec 2021, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) successfully held its Board of Committee Meeting and Annual General Meeting. The meeting was hosted by CECCM’s Secretary-General, Zhou Jiayi. Honourable guests include, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Malaysia, His Excellency Ouyang Yujing, Minister Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Office, Zhang Peidong, Counsellor Li Jing, Secretary Zang Wenbo of the Economic and Commercial Office. There were more than 200 participants from CECCM who participated the virtual meeting.

中国驻马特命全权大使欧阳玉靖阁下在致辞时对总商会一年来的辛勤付出和对中马交流发挥的促进作用表示充分肯定与感谢。他认为，2021年世界形势复杂多变，然而中马两国却在各种不利因素的影响之下攻坚克难，于经贸合作上实现了逆势增长、合作共赢。这美好的硕果是中马双方共同努力的结晶，其中更离不开在马中资企业辛勤耕耘、执着坚守的决心。他认为，2022年中马经贸合作之间的巨大潜力正待开发与突破。为此，他对在马中资企业以及总商会提出了以下工作期望与建议：

张敏会长在会上作2021年总商会工作报告。他在报告中表示，总商会克服疫情影响，着力于为会员解决各项实际需求开展工作，包括积极协助使馆推动疫苗接种工作、增进与马方政府和社会各界的沟通交流，精心组织各类线上讲座及研讨会等。这些工作在中国驻马大使馆的悉心指导与会员们的积极响应下，皆取得了良好的成果。

他在汇报2022年工作计划时说到，新的一年总商会将把工作重点放在提升对会员全面服务的能力、增进总商会与马来西亚政府及各界的交流合作及开展商会成立20周年系列活动等。

杨志军总财政在会上所作的2020年总商会财政报告也得到了全体参会会员的一致通过。随后，秘书长在会上宣布新届理事候选名单并得到会员表决一致通过。

President of CECCM, Zhang Min presented the CECCM 2021 work report in the meeting. He stated in the report that CECCM has overcome the impact of the epidemic and focused on solving various needs for its members, including actively assisting the embassy in promoting vaccination work, enhancing communication with the Malaysian government and organizing various webinars and meetings. These efforts have achieved good results under the guidance of the China Embassy in Malaysia and active participation from its members. As for the work plan for 2022, he stated that CECCM will focus on improving the ability to provide comprehensive services to its members, enhancing exchanges and cooperation between CECCM as well as to launch a series of activities for the 20th anniversary of the CECCM.

Treasurer of CECCM, Yang Zhijun delivered the Financial Report of year 2020 during the meeting. The report was approved by all participating members. Next, the Secretary-General announced the candidate list of new batch of committee memebers at the meeting and it was approved by the members.

张佩东公参在致辞中对新届理事会的成立表示热烈的祝贺。她回顾了总商会过去一年的工作，对于总商会在落实防疫抗疫行动、维护企业经营秩序、与马方各政商界加强合作以及持续扩大影响力等方面的工作表示高度的认可。

她指出2022年中马经贸合作依然面临着很大的机遇，她期望会员及时关注RCEP的落实生效，中资企业在各个领域能借此开启与马来西亚更好的合作。她期望总商会在2022年继续助力中资企业在马不断成长、凝聚会员力量，为中马经贸合作繁荣发展作出更大的贡献。

Minister Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Office, Zhang Peidong. expressed her warm congratulations on the establishment of the new committee members in his speech. She reviewed and recognized the hard work of CECCM in the past year especially on implementing pandemic prevention, maintaining business order, strengthening cooperation with various businesses in Malaysia to expand its influence. She pointed out that China-Malaysia economic and trade cooperation still faces great opportunities in 2022. She hopes that CECCM members will pay attention to the implementation of RCEP so that China companies can start better cooperation with Malaysia in various fields. She hopes that the CECCM will continue to help China enterprises to continue to grow in Malaysia, gather the strength of members and make greater contributions to the prosperity and development of China-Malaysia economic and trade cooperation.

The new batch of committee members is appointed during the Annual Genral Meeting 2021. A meeting was held to discuss and nominate a new batch of committee members before the Annual General Meeting.
