On 22 July 2026, CECCM held a discussion session with the Xiamen Commercial Mediation Association. The two sides exchanged views on Malaysia’s investment environment, the major legal risks and commercial disputes encountered by Chinese enterprises operating in Malaysia, the protection of overseas business interests, and diversified mechanisms for resolving cross-border commercial disputes. They also explored opportunities for cooperation between business associations and legal service institutions in China and Malaysia.
The discussion was attended by Mr. Luo Shuguang, President of the Xiamen Commercial Mediation Association, and his delegation; Mr. Jing Zheng, Committee Member of CECCM and representative of Zoomlion Heavy Industry (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.; representatives from Sinohydro Corporation (M) Sdn.
