On 22 May 2026, CECCM was invited to attend the Shandong–Malaysia Premium Products Exhibition and Trade Fair, which was guided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia and the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, and jointly organised by the Malaysia Shandong Qilu Chamber of Business and the China–SCO Technology Innovation and Cooperation Centre (Malaysia).
The exhibition showcased a wide range of quality enterprises and featured products from Shandong Province, covering sectors such as food processing, agricultural technology, and consumer goods. The event highlighted Shandong’s industrial strengths and innovation achievements while providing an effective platform for economic and trade exchanges as well as industrial cooperation between Malaysia and China. The exhibition further strengthened bilateral business ties and created new opportunities for enterprises seeking to expand into ASEAN markets.
Dato’ Chan Foong Hin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia; Mr. Ni Qingjiu, President of CECCM; Dato’ Loo Hooi Keat, Deputy President of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM); Mr. Fu Qinglan, President of the Malaysia Shandong Qilu Chamber of Business; and Mr. Liu Jian, Executive President of Lanhua Group, attended the event and delivered remarks.
