On September 25, 2025, the CECCM held an exchange meeting with the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). The delegation was led by Director Song Guoxuan of the International Cooperation Center.
The meeting was chaired by the representative of CECCM President, with the participation of Li Zhiqiang, Director of China Telecom (Malaysia) Co., Ltd., and representatives from China Construction Yangtze River (M) Sdn Bhd.
