On September 18, 2025, the Zhengzhou–Kuala Lumpur “Air Silk Road” Forum for International Cooperation, co-hosted by the Ministry of Transport of Malaysia and the People’s Government of Henan Province, was held in Kuala Lumpur.
The Minister of Transport of Malaysia, YB Anthony Loke Siew Fook, Governor of Henan Province Wang Kai, and Charge d’Affaires of China in Malaysia Zheng Xuefang attended the forum and delivered speeches.
Representatives from the CECCM also participated, including its President unit, China Communications Construction (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd; Vice President units, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad and China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad; as well as Council members such as Li Zhiqiang from China Telecom (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Guo Hao from China Southern Airlines Kuala Lumpur Office.
