开展互助合作 促进友好交流
2022年9月2日,马来西亚中资企业总商会与马来西亚青年理事会(MBM)进行座谈交流,共同探讨中资企业与青年理事会未来合作方向。张敏会长、中国驻马大使馆唐瑭主任与中企理事会代表,一同与青年理事会主席依扎.阿菲菲、秘书长哈尼夫、副主席赛义德、执行委员纳奎布等进行会谈。
张敏会长对马青年理事会的来访表示欢迎,他指出,近两年受疫情的影响,许多中资企业面对人才流失与短缺的问题。总商会此前透过与马来亚大学及拉曼大学合作展开的招聘会,为中企与大马人才提供沟通平台,帮助中企实现广泛吸纳本地青年人才的需求。他表示,中资企业十分愿意为优秀的大马青年提供就业机会,双方互相学习、保持沟通联系,致力促进未来更多合作交流的机会。
依扎阿菲菲表示中国是世界强国,科技发展日益创新、举世瞩目。许多大马青年希望能够到中国留学或应聘到中企,深入了解与学习先进的知识与技术。马青年理事会愿与总商会共同组织参访交流活动,以不同形式为中马双方作出贡献。
双方在会上达成共识,共同探讨未来可发展的合作方向。总商会愿与马青年理事会保持密切联系,为在马中企和大马青年开拓更多对接平台,包括与马青年理事会组织招聘会,吸纳大马青年人才到中资企业工作。同时,发挥积极影响力,鼓励不同行业领域的中资企业为大马青年提供机会到中国学习、参访、考察或调研。双方也期许未来能够共同组织不同形式的慈善或文化交流活动,充分发掘双方的交流潜力,深化互利共赢的合作契机。
On 2nd September 2022, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) and the Malaysian Youth Council (MYC) held a dialogue meeting on the future cooperation between Chinese enterprises and the Malaysian Youth Council. President of CECCM, Zhang Min, First secretary of the China Embassy in Malaysia, Tang Tang and representatives from the CECCM met with the Malaysian Youth Council President Mohd Izzat Afifi Abd Hamid, Secretary General, Hasnul Haniff Harun, Vice President, Datuk Syed Osman and others committee members.
President of CECCM, Zhang Min welcomed the visit of the Malaysian Youth Council (MYC) and stated that many Chinese companies have been facing the problem of talent shortage due to the pandemic in the past two years. CECCM has been working with the University of Malaya and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman to provide a platform for Chinese companies to reach out to Malaysian talent, helping them to meet the demand for a wide range of local young talent. He said that Chinese companies are willing to provide employment opportunities for talented Malaysian youths, and hopefully both sides are committed to learning from each other, maintaining communication and promoting more opportunities for future cooperation and exchange.
President of MYC, Mohd Izzat Afifi Abd Hamid said that China is a strong country and its technological development is increasingly innovative and world-renowned. Many young Malaysians hope to study in China or apply for jobs in Chinese companies to learn more about advanced knowledge and technology. The Malaysian Youth Council is willing to work with the CECCM to organize visits and exchanges to contribute to China and Malaysia in various ways.
The two sides reached a consensus at the meeting to discuss the future cooperation that can be developed in Malaysia. CECCM is willing to maintain close relationship with the Malaysian Youth Council to develop more platforms for Chinese enterprises in Malaysia and Malaysian youth, including organizing job fairs with the Malaysian Youth Council to attract young Malaysian talents to work for Chinese enterprises. At the same time, the two sides will play an active role in encouraging Chinese enterprises in different industries to provide opportunities for Malaysian youths to study, visit, tour or research in China. Both sides also look forward to organizing different forms of charity or cultural exchange activities in the future to fully explore the exchange potential of both sides and deepen the opportunities for mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.
