马来西亚中资企业总商会于11月27日到访乐善社残障老人院无拉港中心。这是商会的第四场社会责任活动，由总财政杨志军代表捐赠马币5千零吉的现金及价值马币5千8百零吉的日常用品（床单、枕头套、口罩、消毒水、成人尿片等）。
On 27th November 2020, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) visited Pusat Jagaan Warga Tua Damai which is the fourth charity drive. Treasurer of CECCM, Yang Zhijun (on the left) represented CECCM to donate RM5,000 and other items such as bed sheets, pillowcases, masks, disinfectant, adult diapers, etc worth RM 5800 to Mr Thonny, person in charge of Pusat Jagaan Warga Tua Damai (on the right).
吉隆科技、中国外运、博彦科技、中国机械、中国寰球、MT INTERNATIONAL TRADING ，共凑集了马币1万1千的善款，对于正处在“疫情寒冬”的非营利福利中心而言，不啻为雪中送炭。
Members of CECCM: APAQ Technology, Sinotrans Logistic, Beyondsoft, CMC Machipex, HQC Engineering and MT International Trading together donated a total of RM 11,000 to Pusat Jagaan Warga Tua Damai.

HQC Engineering donated disinfectant items worth RM 3000.
乐善社残障老人院共有3所中心，不分种族、年龄、宗教，共收容了80多位老年人和残障人士。社会风气已不再流行“养儿防老”，老人被弃养或无人认领的情况日益严重。乐善社残障老人院负责人说，前几天收到社会福利局的电话，有位年迈的父亲被自己的儿子与媳妇遗弃在高速公路中，福利社将会委托中心收容这位被“弃养”的长者。
Pusat Jagaan Warga Tua Damai has three centers and accomodates more than 80 elderly and disabled people regardless of race, age, or religion. The social ethos is no longer prevalent in “raising children to guard against the old” as the situation of old people being abandoned or unclaimed has become increasingly serious in the society.
