针对当前大马疫情形势，马来西亚中资企业总商会联合会员-国际SOS公司利用视频连线组织召开“马来西亚中资企业人员安全意识培训”。
本次培训采取“理论+实例”相结合的方式，通过对安全环境的分析、对实际案例的分享和实操演练，协助参训人员在充实安全信息、扩展安全知识的同时，掌握更专业的安全技能。
国际SOS全球中资客户安全总监孙聪和安全经理师波深刻剖析当前大马安全形势，建议在马中企建立完善的安全风险评估机制、通过实例讲解在马员工面对抢劫、盗窃等常见犯罪时采取的应对策略；帮助员工树立科学的安全理念，提升防范和应对突发事件的能力，确保项目和人员的安全。
马来西亚中国银行、中国工商银行马来西亚有限公司，中国铁路工程公司、中国铁建、重庆国际、中国一冶、中国联通、北京城建等二十余家企业逾百人参加线上培训。

Bank of China Malaysia organizes its employees to participate in the safety training webinar.
In the midst of pandemic: safety training webinar was held successfully.
In response to the current situation of the pandemic in Malaysia, the International SOS company, a member of the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia, jointly organized a webinar theme, “Safety Awareness Training for the Personnel of Chinese Enterprises in Malaysia”.
The training adopted a combination of “theory + example” throughout the webinar. Besides the analysis of safety environment, it also shared some actual cases and practical exercises to assists the trainees in enriching their safety information and knowledge while mastering more professional Safety skills.
International SOS’s Global Head of Security, Sun Cong together with Security Manager, Shi Bo deeply analysed the current security situation in Malaysia and suggested Chinese companies in Malaysia to establish a sound security risk assessment mechanism and to share common crimes faced by employees in Malaysia such as robbery and theft through real examples. This would help employees establish better safety concepts, improve their ability to prevent and respond to emergencies, and ensure the safety of projects and Chinese personnel in Malaysia.
The webinar was well received by 100 participants from more than 20 companies including Bank of China Malaysia, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Railway Engineering Corporation, China Railway Construction, Chongqing International, China First Metallurgical, China Unicom, and Beijing Urban Construction.
