CECCM Attends the Inaugural ASEAN Chinese Business Leaders Summit 2025

October 7, 2025 — The China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) was invited to attend the  Inaugural ASEAN Chinese Business Leaders Summit 2025 , organized by the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) and supported by UOB Malaysia. CECCM President Mr. Ni Qingjiu represented the Chamber at the event, joining Chinese business leaders from across ASEAN to discuss regional economic cooperation and future development.

The summit was graced by Malaysia’s Minister of Transport YB Anthony Loke, who attended the “ASEAN Business Forum” session. ACCCIM President Datuk Ng Yih Pyng, together with several ACCCIM leaders, also attended the event. Other distinguished guests included YB Ng Sze Han, Selangor Executive Councillor for Investment, Trade and Public Transportation, and Ms. Ng Wei Wei, CEO of UOB Malaysia.


With the theme “Reshaping Supply Chains, Creating Shared Prosperity,” the summit focused on ASEAN’s role in the reconfiguration of global industrial chains. Discussions centered on strengthening industrial collaboration, enhancing capital connectivity, and driving regional economic growth through digital transformation.

Throughout the event, government and business representatives from various ASEAN countries exchanged insights on the digital economy, green finance, and sustainable development — reflecting the unity and collaborative potential of the ASEAN Chinese business community.
