On October 27, 2025, Quzhou City (Zhejiang Province) Cultural and Tourism Promotion Event in Malaysia was successfully held at the China Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Han Ning, Director of the China Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur; Pan Xiaohui, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Quzhou Municipal People’s Congress; Azmi Abdullah, Senior Deputy Director of the International Promotion Division(Asia/Africa),Tourism Malaysia; and Zhou Ayong, Chairman of Zhejiang Performing Arts Group, delivered speeches respectively.
During the promotion event, Quzhou’s rich cultural and tourism resources — showcasing the harmony between tradition and modernity — were presented. A segment from “Nan Kong”, China’s first musical themed around Confucianism, was performed, vividly illustrating the charm and spirit of Confucian culture.
Ni Qingjiu, President of the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM), and Yang Zhijun, Treasurer of the Chamber, attended the event.
