On September 16, 2025, the Department of Regional Opening-up of China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) held an exchange meeting with CECCM in Kuala Lumpur.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sun Liguo, Vice President of CECCM and Chairman of Transportation & Logistics Working Committee. During the session, member representatives shared their operational experiences, discussed challenges, and offered suggestions for advancing Belt and Road cooperation. Madam. Sun Xuezhen, Deputy Inspector of the NDRC’s Department of Regional Opening-up, engaged in in-depth discussions with the enterprises on these issues.
Attending the dialogue were Madam. Sun Xuezhen, Second-level Inspector of the Department of Regional Opening-up of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), together with her delegation; Mr. Zang Wenbo, First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia; Mr. Shi Zhiyong, Vice President of CECCM and representative of CRCC Malaysia Berhad; a representative from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad; Mr. Yang Zhijun, Treasurer of CECCM and representative of APAQ Technology Sdn Bhd; as well as representatives from CECCM’s President company, China Communications Construction (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (CCCC Malaysia), Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd, Sinopec Engineering Malaysia, Dunham-Bush Malaysia, China Construction Yangtze River (M) Sdn Bhd, and other member companies.
