On August 21, 2025, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (“CECCM”) held an exchange meeting with the Heilongjiang economic and trade delegation. Mr. Li Leyu, Director of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, attended the meeting.
CECCM President Mr. Ni Qingjiu and Treasurer Mr. Yang Zhijun present. On behalf of CECCM, President Ni warmly welcomed the delegation and briefly introduced the Chamber’s background. During the meeting, CECCM responded to key issues raised by the delegation, and both sides engaged in discussions on topics of mutual interest.
