CECCM and NCCCI Hold Business Exchange to Explore New China-Malaysia Trade Opportunities

In March 2025, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) and the Negeri Sembilan Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCCI) hosted a business exchange, bringing together over 30 Chinese enterprises to explore new trade and investment opportunities in Malaysia.


CECCM President Ni Qingjiu expressed gratitude to NCCCI for the invitation, emphasizing CECCM’s role in strengthening China-Malaysia economic ties since its establishment in 2002. He noted Negeri Sembilan’s increasing appeal as an investment destination for Chinese enterprises and encouraged stronger collaboration with local businesses for mutual growth.


NCCCI President Dato’ Looi Hei Tyng welcomed CECCM’s delegation, highlighting Malaysia’s supportive business environment and ongoing government efforts to enhance trade and investment opportunities. He expressed confidence that the exchange would foster deeper partnerships and contribute to the region’s economic development.


State Executive Councillor YB Teo Kok Seong reaffirmed the Negeri Sembilan government’s commitment to supporting Chinese enterprises, citing major development projects that offer new business and investment prospects. He encouraged continuous engagement to drive economic growth.


The event concluded with a commemorative gift exchange, symbolizing strengthened ties between Chinese and Malaysian businesses. Moving forward, CECCM remains dedicated to fostering cross-border trade collaboration and supporting its members in integrating into the Malaysian market.
