CECCM Meets with Malaysia’s Minister of Works to Discuss Development Opportunities

Recently, a delegation from the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM), led by President Ni Qingjiu, visited Malaysia’s Ministry of Works and met with Minister YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi.

The meeting included an extensive discussion on the development of Chinese enterprises’ projects in Malaysia, future plans, and critical topics related to local infrastructure. President Ni introduced CECCM’s progress and membership, with a special focus on its Construction Subcommittee. Through case studies, he showcased the robust capabilities, high efficiency, and collaborative spirit of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia’s construction sector, as well as their significant contributions to local infrastructure development.

Minister Linggi welcomed the CECCM delegation and provided an overview of the policy environment in Malaysia’s construction industry. He acknowledged the contributions of Chinese enterprises and encouraged their continued participation in local projects.

Both parties expressed confidence that strengthened communication and cooperation would generate greater value in Malaysia’s construction sector, further contributing to local economic growth and infrastructure development. This meeting laid a solid foundation for the sustained development of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia and the deepening of bilateral collaboration.
