In October 2024, the Malaysian Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) organised a grand Open Day, which was attended by more than 30 CECCM member companies to participate in this important trade and economic exchange event. The event not only provided enterprises with the opportunity to meet government officials face-to-face, but also laid a solid foundation for deepening the economic and trade relations between Malaysia and China.
At the Open Day, CECCM members were able to gain a better understanding of the investment environment in Malaysia, particularly in the areas of manufacturing, technology and sustainable development. The Open Day provided a valuable networking platform for CECCM members and strengthened ties with the Malaysian government.
In the future, the Chamber will continue to strive to build a broader platform of cooperation and exchange between our member companies and the Malaysian government, to promote economic and trade co-operation with Malaysia, and to help our companies to better develop in the international market.
