On August 26, 2024, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) successfully launched their 2024 Online Career Fair. This collaborative event aims to connect UTAR students with China enterprises, fostering job opportunities and talent mobility.
Mr Ni Qingjiu, President of CECCM, and UTAR President Prof Dato’ Dr Ewe Hong Tat, emphasized their commitment to the event during the opening ceremony. They expressed optimism that the fair will effectively match employers with suitable candidates and offer students career-aligned opportunities.
The fair, featuring over 20 enterprises and more than 120 job positions, will run from August to October using an online platform to ensure a safe and accessible recruitment process.
CECCM and UTAR are enthusiastic about empowering Malaysian youth and contributing to the nation’s economic growth through this initiative.
