中国银行（马来西亚）有限公司成立于上世纪三十年代，曾在槟城、吉隆坡、芙蓉、怡保、峇都峇辖等地设立分行，后因历史原因被迫中断营业。2001年，随着中马两国经贸交往不断发展，在两国政府共同关心、支持下，中国银行“再下南洋”，先后于吉隆坡、麻坡、槟城、新山、巴生、蒲种、古晋和马六甲等八州（市）设行，并在吉隆坡、古晋、槟城开设了三间签证中心，是在马经营历史最久、机构网点最多、业务规模最大、业务品种最全的中资银行。 2015年，马中行获中马两国央行委任，成为马来西亚人民币结算和清算行，并于2018年进一步被委任为纳闽岛人民币结算行。中国银行坚持以客户为中心，以产品为核心，以数字化、ESG转型为驱动，依托中银集团跨境、全球经营优势，不断升级完善自身产品服务链，做强跨境、人民币等特色服务，在本地金融市场占据重要地位。
In the 1930s,the Bank of China established its first Malaya Branch in Penang,Kuala Lumpur,Seremban,Ipoh and Batu Pahat. Due to historical reason,Bank of China re-established its operations in 2001. With the development of bilateral economic relations between Malaysia and China and with the support from the both governments, Bank of China Malaysia started its pathway to expand its branch network in Kuala Lumpur, Muar, Penang, Johor Bahru, Klang, Puchong, Kuching and Malacca. In addition, the Bank has also set up three Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Kuching and Penang. The Bank of China Malaysia is the longest operating China-based bank, and enjoys wide institutional reach, largest business size, with the most comprehensive product suites among its Chinese peers. In 2015, the Bank of China as the Appointed Renminbi Clearing Bank in Malaysia. Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) officially appointed Bank of China Malaysia to extend RMB settlement services to the institutions in Labuan in year 2018. Bank of China will continue to be guided by its goal to provide customers with a comprehensive range of financial services, capturing opportunities and fostering innovation, thus opening a new chapter in the China-Malaysia financial partnership.

SINOHYDRO Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in March 1998 and currently set up two offices in Kuala Lumpur and Kuching respectively. SINOHYDRO (M) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China (POWERCHINA) with authorized and paid-up capital of Ringgit Malaysia 50 million. SINOHYDRO (M) primary areas and scope of activities include hydro power, thermal power and renewable energy, water irrigation and conservation, railway(and subway), road, airport, housing construction, water environment treatment, urban infrastructure construction, and large-scale civil engineering and construction projects.

中国港湾（马来西亚）有限公司成立于1993年，由中国港湾工程有限责任公司全资控股。 业务范围涵盖海事工程、填海疏浚、道路桥梁、轨道交通、基建环保等领域。自成立以来，共承建了多达57个本地项目涵盖东马和西马，总合同额高达36.5亿美元，包括 6.7 亿美元的海事工程、 7.2 亿美元填海疏浚工程、 12.3 亿美元的道路桥梁工程，以及 10.3 亿美元的轨道交通工程。
CHEC Construction (M) Sdn Bhd was registered and established in Malaysia in 1993 which fully held by China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd.. CHEC (M) business scope covers marine engineering, dredging and reclamation, roads and bridges, rail transit, municipal environmental protection, complete equipment, and other fields. Since the establishment of the company, it has undertaken a total of 57 projects in Malaysia, with a total contract value of USD$ 3.65 Billion. The projects cover East and West Malaysia, including USD$670 million in marine engineering and USD$720 million in dredging and reclamation. USD$1.23 billion for roads and bridges and USD$1.03 billion for rail transit.

With the aim of promoting technology advancement, APAQ Group has set up three wholly-owned subsidiaries in the past 10 years. The main business covers information and communication technology, logistics, real estate and aquaculture. To achieve the full-fledged development, APAQ set up the three fully-owned subsidiaries in 2004, including APAQ Technology Sdn. Bhd., APAQ Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Xle Business Sdn. Bhd. MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd, hereinafter referred to as “MCC”, is one of the first Chinese-funded enterprises to enter Malaysia. It was established on May 7, 1992 with a registered capital of 27 million ringgit, formerly established by China Metallurgical Group and registered as PMCC. MCC have been mainly engaged in the general contracting of industrial and civil construction, public works, and infrastructure projects. It has successively undertaken nearly 30 projects with a total contract value more than 10 billion RMB, of which the W Hotel project in Kuala Lumpur won the China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Overseas Project) and the National Quality Engineering Gold Award, and the 3.5 million tons steel of Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park Project won the China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Overseas Project).

CRRC Kuala Lumpur Maintenance Sdn Bhd (CKM) was officially registered and established in Malaysia on August 17, 2011. In 2014, according to the requirements of the Malaysian government, a local joint venture namely CKM Landas MRO Sdn Bhd (CLM) was established with the main objective of deepening the localization process. CKM as a pioneering MRO subsidiary of CRRC in the overseas market relies on CRRC’s top-notch rolling stock manufacturing technology and large industrial cluster for rooting in Malaysia and the surrounding regions. The company engages in the sales, maintenance, and after-sales service of rail transit equipment, provision of railway transportation solutions, spare parts supply, vehicle leasing, and other businesses, effectively and successfully boosted the global expansion of CRRC and carried out thoroughly the “Go Global” strategy.
